Bog Water

It's been a busy beer day, so bear with me. :)

Beau's All Natural Bog Water

I'm not entirely sure how to describe this beer, except NOM NOM. :)

It's not very heady (despite what the photo shows), but it is pretty tasty. It's kinda falls in line with the other beers that I've tasted, and written about, this weekend. I've had this one once or twice before, and I've liked it enough to buy it again. In fact, the more I drink it, the more I like it.

Weighing in at 6.6% alcohol, the label describes itself as:
Local spring water, organic barley malts, wild sweet gale, brewer's yeast and organic hop.
WTF is gale? Hey, if it makes beer this good, then I'm all for it, regardless of whatever the hell it is. :)

Seriously though, I think I'm enjoying this more this time than the last time I had it. Or maybe my palette for beer is evolving. ;)

If you'd like to know more about Beau's, check out their web site: They make some pretty damn tasty brews and they even deliver to the Ottawa region.
