Iron Spike

Another Railway City Brewing Company beverage: Iron Spike.

Colour: Slightly cloudy, amber

Aroma: Very interesting. My wife says it smells like plain potato chips. I'm not sure what it smells like. I don't think I've smelled a blonde like this (*ahem*.. keep it clean!) ;) Maybe floral. Biscuit? I'm puzzled.

Taste: Again, puzzling. I haven't tasted a blonde like this either (HEY! I said keep it clean...) ;) I'm going with biscuit with a bit of bitterness.

ABV: 4.3%

Overall... I'd definitely drink this again. For me, it's unique. I like that. And it has a story on the can! Sorta...
